We did the research for you. (How?)
We went page by page through hundreds of Amazon categories, carefully collecting the very highest-rated products of each type and across the board. As an example, if you search for "garlic press", you'll see that we display only the single best garlic press on Amazon (4.6 stars), out of over 3,800 Amazon results of varying quality. We own it ourselves and can attest to how much better it is than other garlic presses we've tried.
As a matter of fact, we've personally purchased over 70 of the products on toppp.com, and each one has been great. All together, there are about 1,000 products on toppp.com, representing the very best out of more than 150,000,000 Amazon products. No product on toppp has fewer than 4.5 stars, or fewer than 25 reviews.
Note: Toppp is formerly known as Topazon. All of these products have close to 5 stars on Amazon, and enough reviews (usually over 50) to make their rating significant. The products were manually collected page by page from over 100 Amazon categories.
Some of the products were the best in a specific sub-category that we searched through, like this Stapler, with 4.8 out of 5 stars.
Others were so highly-rated that they were included even if their subcategory might not have otherwise been represented. For example this Waterproof iPod Shuffle is pretty much its own category, and 48 of its 53 reviews are 5 stars. In a few cases we used our best judgment, for example picking a 4.7 star product that was $150 cheaper than one with 4.8 stars.
Some entire product categories didn't make the cut if there wasn't an awesome-enough product at the top. This digital camera is pretty good, but only had 4.4 stars out of 5 — not good enough for toppp.com!
Oh, and after all that, we read through hundreds and hundreds of Amazon reviews so we could summarize what reviewers said about each product. Hover over an item to see its review summary.
